One of the best pro players the sport has to offer and certainly one of the craziest. Over the years Markus has played for a lot of teams like Dynasty, Lockout, Farside and many others. We got a chance to ask him a few questions. Read all about it.

Things you like and hate about paintball?
I hate players that are not good and talk shit on the internet all day about good players. I like travelling around the world and meeting new people.


Arsenal formed early last year can you tell us a few words about the team and roster.
Arsenal is a Snake den, filled with various types of snakes. If you want to stay on the team you have to avoid the bite.

Arsenal is a heavily sponsored team, can you tell us a few words about your sponsors and you personal sponsorship by WDP?
JT, WDP, Maxes, Custom Sports Gear, Redz, Tom Fore, and MVP sports park, Tony Barrera. These people make it possible for us to travel and play in tournaments. WDP is like a family, they take care of me, and in return I give ideas and research development.


The word is that WDP in cooperation with the team is going to release a team Arsenal version of the G7 marker. Can you give us a few information about that?
Sorry classified information. All I can say it’s going to be badass.




How do you train as a team?
Horse Track, partypoker.com, X Box, various turtle exercises, oh yeah and play paintball.

You have played almost every paintball format there is. Which one is your favourite and why?
I don’t have a favourite, I just like to play. I’ll play scenario games, walk on play, anything.

This year almost every tournament has changed the rules regarding bps limit and ramping. What's your opinion?
Make it full auto, faster the better.


If I am correct you are not competing on the WPL series how come?

What are the team's plans and goals for 2005?
To win in the states.
